We talk through what you'd like help with and decide the right treatment together, partly face to face. The £25 is paid when you book, it's fully refundable, and it comes off your first block of treatments.
It's non-invasive and you stay fully clothed. You sit comfortably for around 30 minutes per session. It's course-based, and most people choose a block of 6 to start.
Once you've chosen a block, you book and rebook yourself in the app, whenever suits you. You'll always see how many sessions you have left, and we'll give you a gentle nudge when you're running low.
Blocks carry a 48-hour cancellation window, so we can offer the slot to someone else. Our rolling monthly option has a shorter, friendlier window. You'll always know where you stand.
